1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the Dairy Feed Formulator (“Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & BILLING
FEED ADDA offers three tiers of subscription plans for the Service:
• Free Plan: Access to a limited selection of ingredients; users cannot edit parameters and have limited formulation capabilities.
• Popular Plan (₹199/month): Full access to web application features for individual farmers and dairy personal.
• Premium Plan (₹999/month): Full access plus priority WhatsApp chat support (in working hours) for feed formulation queries & ration balancing.
• Updates & Discounts: FEED ADDA reserves the right to modify fees or offer discounts at its discretion. Fee changes apply to future billing cycles and cannot be claimed retroactively.
3. PRICING, TAXATION & REFUNDS
• Pricing: All listed prices are inclusive of GST at prevailing rates.
• No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service and instant delivery of proprietary data, all sales are final. Once a transaction is successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. FEED ADDA does not store your credit/debit card or banking credentials.
4. NATURE OF SERVICE & DISCLAIMERS
• Informational Tool: The Service is a digital optimization tool provided "as-is" for guidance only. FEED ADDA does not guarantee specific biological or economic outcomes, such as milk yield, quality, or weight gain.
• No Veterinary Advice: Formulations are mathematical models and do not replace professional veterinary judgment.
• Mandatory Consultation: You are strictly advised to consult a Licensed Veterinarian or Certified Nutritionist before implementing new diets.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE
• Ownership: All software code, algorithms, formulation logic, and UI designs are the exclusive property of FEED ADDA.
• Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or competitive replication of the Service is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEED ADDA and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including livestock loss, reductions in milk yield, or financial losses due to feed costs. Use of the Service is at the user’s sole risk.
7. PRIVACY & DATA
User data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. FEED ADDA reserves the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for research and service improvements.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Last Update
“We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a revised ‘Last Updated’ date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.”
